COHOES -- Francis (Frank) J. Murray, 84, of Amity Street, Cohoes, died at his residence September 15, 2000, after a long illness. He was born and educated in Cohoes and was the son of the late Frank M. and Kathryn Graham Murray. He was raised and educated in Cohoes; and for a short time during his youth, lived in Hollywood, FL. Frank was formerly employed by the Beaunit Mills in Cohoes and the General Electric Co. in Schenectady. While at General Electric, he worked as an inspector, foreman, supervisor and erector in the large steam turbine division. He retired in 1978 with 38 years of service.
